Vehicle may have an open safety recall.  A safety recall occurs when a manufacturer or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) finds that a condition or defect that could affect the safety or operation of a vehicle may exist in a specific vehicle or series of vehicles.  Our policy is to not deliver a vehicle with an open recall.  If an open recall exists, and parts are available, the recall repairs will be performed prior to delivery.  If parts are not available we will cancel the transaction and not deliver the vehicle.
